Garden Design
If it’s a whole new look you are after, then our complete landscape design service covers all aspects of the design from hardscaping through to plant selection. There is also the option of having us manage elements of the project or take care of the entire process from design to construction.
Planting Design
If you want to freshen up your existing outdoor areas, without changing any of the structural elements a planting design would be perfect. We will take a look at your current plants and can incorporate them into the new plan or start from scratch.
OUR DESIGN PROCESS
STEP 01 – DISCOVERY MEETING
We get together on-site and go through your wish-list and brief in detail, sharing conceptual ideas. We’ll identify and discuss any challenges that you may have with your site, discuss maintenance requirements, your budget and some possible construction processes that may be involved.
The discovery meeting is $185 – please allow around 1 to 1.5 hours for this. Should you accept our design proposal the consultation cost will be deducted from your overall design fee.
STEP 02 – PROPOSAL
Following the discovery meeting we will send you our design fee proposal based on the brief taken during our meeting along with a deposit amount should you choose to work with us.
STEP 03 – CONCEPT PLAN AND 3D RENDERS
We develop a concept plan for your garden, taking into consideration all elements of your brief so we can create a design that best suits your home. To assist with visualisation of the design and help you get a feel for your garden before it’s built, we will then provide 3D renders of the concept.
STEP 04 – CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
This is one of the most integral parts of the process, that allows your design to be translated into reality by a construction team. We provide a set of plans with specifications for all built elements and details for plants and materials. We can also produce any documentation needed for the submission of Development Applications (DA) or Complying Development Certificates (CDC), should your project require and can engage any specialist consultants e.g. Engineers and Arborists when necessary.
STEP 05 – BUILD
Now the build of your dream garden can begin!
